Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it promptly. We aim to process refunds or exchanges within specific timeframe of receiving the damaged or returned product. If you opt for an exchange, we’ll ship a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Additional Notes:
- Unopened Products: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may no longer need an unopened product. Therefore, we also accept returns for unopened items within 5 days of purchase, even if the bottle is not damaged.
