Description
The EDT opens with a burst of citrusy vibrancy from mandarin orange and bergamot, similar to the EDP. However, the pepper and coriander notes are more subdued, replaced by a touch of lily of the valley for a hint of delicate sweetness.
Floral Heart with a Spicy Edge:
The heart of the fragrance is where the floral notes take center stage. Jasmine, a signature note in the Opium line, remains prominent, offering its intoxicating sweetness. However, this time it’s joined by carnation, adding a touch of spicy warmth, and rose, providing a luxurious floral depth.
Warm and Inviting Base:
The base stays true to the Opium character, anchored by amber and patchouli for a warm and earthy foundation. Vanilla adds a touch of sweetness, but in a lighter and more subtle way compared to the EDP.
